All pots are made to order, so please allow up to 2 weeks for them to be ready. Once ready you will receive a dispatch notification.
All my pots are sent through Royal Mail using a tracked service but if you wish to upgrade please let me know.
If you are unhappy with your pot ( and we hope you aren't) you can send me an email and I will be happy to chat with you about how to best help. All pots must be returned in their original unused condition.
